Jocelyn has significant experience working as a Professional Organizer. She has an active Professional Organizer Certificate, and is a Professional Member of National Association of Move Managers (NASMM) . Her experience, expertise, and resources ease the overwhelming feeling clutter may be causing. Common areas Jocelyn declutters are paperwork, garages, pantries, and more. She has decluttered entire homes as well. Jocelyn is particularly skilled discussing the appropriate disposition of tangible memories during a difficult transition in your life and creating organizational systems that work for you and your lifestyle.
Jocelyn holds a Bachelor’s in Sociology and a Master's in Public Policy. She understands the sociological and psychological reasons why individuals and groups do things. It may not be logical why we hold onto certain items, but Jocelyn has the experience and education to guide individuals and groups on how and what to downsize. Current and former clients attest to her attention to detail, strategic implementation, and ability to listen to clients' desires and needs, and when and how to reevaluate strategies accordingly.
