Evan Taff is a multi-hyphenate as a Realtor with EXP Realty and The Karen Rollings Team, a certified Life Coach and certified med technician, and musician.
Evan primarily deals with intakes, daily administration and coordination of Transition House clients and works with individuals and their families to navigate life's challenges as they go through the journey before, during, and after any services and/or housing placement.
Evan uses intentional and reflective dialogue focusing primarily on trying to unearth a client’s voice if it is muted or make it louder if it is unheard and how that dynamic and corresponding behavior may illustrate where a client and the family may be at. He also uses his realty background and connections to advocate for housing with any landlord or property manager or seller and help eliminate any possible discrimination based on disability, gender, age, etc.
Evan strives to help a client, especially if they are placed in a property with a program sponsored by Transition House, reveal their unique intrinsic satisfaction or dissatisfaction and recognize where they are stuck.
Evan's strategies and techniques provide guidance to explore their path, without judgment or expectation, and knowing no two people and situations are alike. He brings awareness and support during the risk taking process of discovery.
