Debra has guided seniors and their families through the complex process of choosing and transitioning to independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities for the last 15 years. She works closely with families to find the right fit, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition.
Strength Mobility & Life Coaching
Debra customizes fitness routines with recreational goals. With a Master’s in Health Education and Wellness and certified in Personal Training and Corrective Exercise, Debra designs functional fitness with life coaching to support physical vitality, functionality and mental well-being.
