Debra assists families transitioning parents and grandparents with home health services (physical, occupational, speech therapy, infusion, wound care, housekeeping, medication management, personal care, sitters, transportation).
Debra provides Case Management to people who suffer from feelings of depression, isolation or immobilization needing life coaching in the comfort of their own home, to help formulate a new path both recreational and vocational.
The Director of Case Management is your initial contact to House Calls. We provide a link to our intake form: right on our website. After the intake is completed and submitted, Debra meets with you and our team determines what services are appropriate.
